You may see, when you are looking at the list of restaurants available to you, that sometimes PRE-ORDER appears instead of the phrase PLACE ORDER. This simply means that the restaurant you are interested in is not open at the time you are looking. Once you log in and choose your delivery time you will see restaurants available for your requested time. If you click on PRE-ORDER you will have an opportunity to choose an available delivery time, even if the restaurant is not open when you are placing your PRE-ORDER.
The purpose of the PRE-ORDER button is to allow you to order from any restaurant at any time that is convenient for you. You will have an opportunity to choose an available delivery time and date from the pull down tab on the time and date screen after you have logged in.

Since 1992 we have done our best to keep the cost of getting great
food to you at the most reasonable price. While there are many "special" delivery rates on our site as low as $1.99 for local delivery, our standard rate is just $5 at lunch and less than a
dollar more at dinner to have your great food picked up and delivered locally. Amazing
as this may seem to you, it is absolutely true. The size of your order does not
matter and we do not charge per item, per bag or per mile. Some out of zone
deliveries require a higher delivery fee or order minimum, but this will be clear to you as you
select your restaurant. All prices reflect a cash discount. Non-cash orders
incur a 5% processing fee.

If you pay by credit card, you may need to have the card available at the time
of delivery. If you have a billing account with us you will be asked to sign a
delivery receipt by our delivery personnel.
Our drivers work very hard to bring your meal to you hot and fresh,
while maintaining the highest safety standards. Please reward their efforts
with your gratuities. When ordering you will have the option of including your
tip in your payment. If you wish to tip separately in cash, this is fine and

What is an appropriate tip for a delivery driver? We are asked this often. Some guidelines: A customary tip is 15% of the food total (before tax). Tipping varies and is at the descretion of the customer. For larger orders where the food total may be over a hundred dollars or much more, some customers choose to tip a flat amount rather than a percentage. Remember, our delivery staff will spend more time waiting for and checking a large order than a small order.
For catering orders of $100 food or more where a gratuity is not provided, a 10% service charge may be added. Customers will see this in a very transparent way right on the emailed receipt. It is important to understand that unlike restaurant servers who may work many tables at once, a delivery driver is generally focused on just one customer at a time and is committing dedicated time with each delivery.
